How long does it take to complete my order?
Custom orders take 1-3 weeks to process, since it is a 1 person team! Some items ship as early as same day or next day. We only work Monday-Friday as our business days.
Are all products authentic?
All items on our website are sourced from distributors of genuine goods. If products are found to NOT be authentic, please email timothyle@teemscollection.com for refunds.
How can I get a refund or exchange?
